Select your service, provide payment information, and we do the rest. cascadeo.io leverages Terraform and CloudFormation to programmatically deploy the CMI Virtual Appliance into your AWS environment. This hardened appliance collects telemetry and streams it back to the cascadeo.io SaaS platform securely over SSL.

2 Confirm

Verify your deployment with Cascadeo's NOC and reserve your go-live date with a $500 non-refundable deposit that will be applied to your first monthly subscription payment.

3 Schedule a
go-live day

Your 24/7 Cascadeo Concierge will contact you to formally go live with Cascadeo's NOC. At this point, you can sleep soundly knowing that Cascadeo's team of amazing humans and robots is working around the clock to monitor and repair your cloud deployment.

Only a credit card and $500 deposit is required to start cascadeo.io services. We offer a zero-risk seven-day trial period. On the 8th day of your service, your $500 deposit will be applied to your first month’s service. Subsequent months will be charged to your credit card, as with any SaaS service offering. Cancel any time - there is no annual contract or long-term commitment.

Questions and Answers

Can I purchase additional Cascadeo services?

Your cascadeo.io subscription includes an allowance of incident response services. Additional Cascadeo services are available upon request. These include cloud engineering, DevOps consulting, and custom tier 3 application-level support for mission-critical environments.

What do I need to qualify for the cascadeo.io subscription support plan?

There are terms of service and other considerations when you apply for cascadeo.io managed services. Billing is via credit or debit card only. At this time, only AWS cloud deployments are supported.

How does the incident response coverage work?

cascadeo.io cloud care comes with runbook-driven incident response (tier 1 and tier 2) provided by Cascadeo's 24x7x365 Network Operations Center. Cascadeo's NOC will work with you to build runbooks for your cloud deployment. cascadeo.io cloud care does not include application-level debugging or support, and is focused on keeping applications up and fixing them when they are not.

Can I choose to pay less per month with a lower incident response allowance?

Our subscription options each have a fixed incident response allowance. Customized solutions, optionally including tier 3 application-layer support and cloud consulting, are available upon request. Cascadeo's custom managed services offerings start at $5,000 per month and are tailored to the unique needs of each client.
